"Of Counsel" with Bale & Associates, Ltd. Of Counsel means a close and regular relationship with Bale & Associates, Ltd.; however, I am not a partner, member or associate of the firm. My clients are separated from those of the firm, and Bale & Associates members do not have access to my client matters unless I request assistance from the firm, or the firm requests my assistance. I schedule my calendar and I do not delegate that to the firm, and I control all communications with my clients separate from Bale & Associates, Ltd. However, I am available to consult with Bale & Associates members, and often provide expertise to and receive assistance from the members of Bale & Associates when requested. My work with the firm Bale & Associates is as a contractor when I work jointly with members of Bale & Associates, Ltd.
